No Bonfire? No Problem!

Having PMD? Missing the bonfires? The s’mores? Do not worry for I have a solution to all your problems. S’mores bars! A quick and easy recipe for anyone craving some s’mores but doesn’t want to go through the trouble of lighting a bonfire. Here is what you’ll need!

Ingredients:

1/2 a cup softened butter

1 teaspoon baking power

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 milk chocolate candy bars

Desired amount of halal marshmallows

Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking pan. Stir together baking powder and graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl, then add softened butter to the mix, beat until blended. Press half of the mixture into the pan, bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap chocolate bars and put them over the baked layer, then add the desired amount of marshmallows on the top. Bake for another 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely, cut and serve.
