SRING CAMP REGISTRATION OPEN!

No one is perfect.

That much we can all agree upon. But the beauty of Islam is that, as long as you’re alive, it’s never too late to ask for forgiveness, for Allah is the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. He is there to love us, even in our darkest hours. To comfort us, even in our darkest moments. To forgive us, even for our darkest faults. And indeed, He loves those who repent.

The mark of character is not whether or not we make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. The true mark of character is how we respond after we’ve made a mistake.

The path to seeking His forgiveness-and forgiving others is here.

The path to a new youth, starts now.

 HIRA RETURNS SUMMER 2020!

Prepare to enlighten your heart and open your mind with MYNA’s three-week intensive program dedicated to studying the Islamic sciences, investing in your personal development, and serving others through a hands-on practicum.

From the very first day the program began, I realized attending the intensive was one of the best decisions I had made. HIRA was an opportunity for me to not only learn more about my religion and faith but to learn more about myself, to reflect and grow, to improve and change. Being surrounded by 25 other girls, all who taught me so much in their own ways, and getting to spend time with scholars, to ask questions, to explore––those three weeks were a transformational experience. I still read over my HIRA notes three years later, still talk to every single one of the girls that became my sisters over those three weeks. I look back at that time and remember each and every time how blessed I was to be given that chance and how hopeful I am that others will get it too.
