Jalapeño Cheese Mashed Potatoes


- 1 lb of potatoes

- 2 tbsp butter

- 2 green onions chopped up

- 2 cloves of garlic

- Desired amount of Jalapeños (depending on spice tolerance)

- 2 tbsp of milk

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup of desired cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, etc)


- Peel potatoes and boil with garlic until soft

- Saute onions and jalapeños in butter in a seperate pan until soft

- Drain the potatoes

- Mash the potatoes adding milk and salt

- Add sautéed peppers and cheese

- Stir in cheese and sprinkle on top as garnish

- Serve and enjoy!
